Seared Lamb Chops
I seared lamb chops last night that were simply amazing. Firecracker Shrimp Rub
This is  the second time I’ve made this and it turned out really well. I like wrapping the shrimp in partially cooked bacon then applying a heavy dusting of the rub.   1 TBS black pepper 1 TBS brown sugar 1 TBS paprika 1 1/2 TSP salt 1/4 TSP cayenne
